CAWSTON PRESS LAUNCHES APPLE & CARROT

Following the success of our recent Apple & Beetroot we thought we’d dig around in the kitchen garden for more tasty vegetables. A firm favourite in juice bars across the country is Apple & Carrot, so we’ve spent the last few months carefully creating what we think is the perfect recipe.

Using our pressed apple juice as a base we add pressed carrots, carefully selected for their delicate sweetness to create the perfect balance of fruit and vegetable flavours. To make this the ultimate blend we then add a hint of glorious ginger, which whilst giving a little kick really lifts the apple and carrot flavours to create a bright refreshing recipe.
