OVERNIGHT APPLE JUICE PORRIDGE
With a chill in the air, nothing feels more comforting than a warming breakfast.
What could be better than porridge? Especially if you use apple juice in place of milk, giving it a little natural sweetness and making it dairy free.
If you prefer, swap the toppings for fresh seasonal fruit.
In winter months heat gently in a saucepan before adding the nuts and fruit.
